BOYS BOWLING TIED FOR TOP SPOT IN GMC
Mason boys bowling continued their winning ways with a 2550-2281 GMC win over Colerain on Monday. Monday was a great day for the boy’s team. Not only did the Comets continue to hold on to a tie for conference lead but also bowled well individually.
The team tries to bowl 1000 every game, as that gives them a 200 average for the team. On this day, Mason managed a 997 and a 981. It was a good starting point for this time of the season. High series went to Damian Sauer with a 429 and closely followed by Jeremy capehart’s 416.————-
On Tuesday, Mason boys bowling defeated Winton Woods, 2600-1561. The team managed to take another step up and bowled a 1046 and 1027 with high series going to Kian Encarnacion with a 470 series, followed closely by Jeremy Capehart’s 456. The Comets had a very good day and it is crucial that we continue this with sectionals only 2 weeks away.Mason (10-3, 6-1) will host Elder on Monday, Feb. 11th.
