ATALIA HAWKINS

Atalia is a sophomore on the Mason Girls Cross Country Team.

Atalia is the 3rd Hawkins student to be a part of the Mason Track and XC program, and she is great!  She has a great attitude and can-do spirit and is willing to do whatever it takes to improve.  Atalia has put in the work this year to get better, and always goes the extra mile (literally) to help the team.  Atalia recently had a personal best time to place 4th overall at the GMC meet and helped the team out in the process. She went out hard with the leaders at this meet and pushed herself the whole way.  Atalia was also pretty sick just 48 hours before the race, but persevered and showed anyway to help the cause.  Atalia also is incredibly respectful, and kind and will do anything the coaches ask of her.  We love having her as a part of this team, and would not have the success we are having without her.
