This week’s El Caporal Mason Team of the Week is the Mason Girls Lacrosse Team
The Comet Girls LAX team is having a “season to remember” for sure! They are currently ranked 5th in the state and have attained the best record (18-3) in the history of the program. They recently were crowned Co-Champions of the GMC and gained the second seed in the OHSAA tournament. The team is currently leading the state in team goals scored and assists. They are also 4th in the state in goals allowed, and tops in Ohio in goalkeeper save percentage.
Congratulations to this great group of hard-working, successful young women. They will be competing for a state berth, Thursday vs. Loveland in the SW Regional Final.
