10 Comet Athletes Sign Letters of Intent

Growing up, every athlete dreams of the day when participating in intercollegiate athletics becomes more than just a dream. On Wednesday, April 9th for nine Comet senior athletes that dream will be come a reality as they sign national letters of intent to participate in their chosen sport at the collegiate level.

Varsity Green Tennis Defeats Kings

Facing backyard rival Kings at Kings High School on Monday afternoon, the Mason Varsity Green Tennis team made quick work of the Knights finishing all five matches in under 2 hours, while claiming victory by winning all five matches.

In first singles action, Mason’s Chris Hall defeated Chase Custer in two sets (6-1, 6-4).

Boys Varsity Green Tennis Sweeps Wilmington

Kicking off their 2008 campaign, the Boys Varsity Green Tennis team did so in grand fashion on Wednesday afternoon by defeating Wilmington High School in all five matches.
